This handsome limited edition toy box can be a big help to parents who are trying to keep their baby's or toddler's room a little neater. At 33.5 inches long, 18 inches deep, and 18 inches high, the all-wood box provides ample room for toys, games, and stuffed animals. And with its clean, natural wood finish and spindled seat back, the toy box also works well as a large bench. The box has a sturdy wood bottom inside, along with four plastic casters that make it relatively easy to move around--even in a carpeted room or when full of toys. Two spring-loaded hinges inside the box hold its top open while you load items (or your toddler unloads them), and hand-sized carry handles on either side have also been added so that parents can carry the box if necessary. All of the edges and corners have been nicely beveled and sanded and there are no sharp edges or components that could hurt little fingers and hands. --Chris Burns

We bought this toy box for our nursery, and we absolutely love it! This toy box is very easy to put together (I assembled it myself, and I'm 7 months pregnant), and the instructions are very clear. This toy box is also very solid. I can sit down on the top and it doesn't give an inch.

Also, we really like the safety hinge that prevents the toy box lid from slamming shut on fingers. You have to push the lid to get it to close. We would highly recommend this chest for its durability, simple instructions, and its beauty!

This toybox looks very nice and I love the color. However it is not what I would expect for the price. The wood is thin, and the floor of the box will not support heavy toys. For this price I would expect a solid piece of wood to support toys. I ordered the item with the safety hinges, which once installed are very stiff and when closing the lid, pulled the screws from the frame of the box. Overall, I wouldn't recommend as I think you can find a higher quality toybox for the price.

I bought this toy box for my grandchild, and very pleased with what I have purchased. It is not only a functional item, but a beautiful piece of furniture. It can grow with my grandchild, and can be used for a long time in his room. Not only can it be used for a toy box, but as he gets older it can be used for storage and an extra seat with cushion in his room
