5.0 out of 5 stars Wow Lets get started November 10, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition
Just finished this book and I trust it. And will start getting the stuff I need to start my healing. I've been suffering with a 3mm stone, my first one, two weeks ago diagnosed at the emergency room. Dr. said it's 90% passable. Still haven't flushed it out, don't know the culture on it yet. I have been doing the EVOO and Apple cider vinegar intermittenly. I like steves receipe better, will do that tomorrow. This is the second wk off work taking 600mg of ibuprophen and percocet when needed. Doesnt seem like anything is happening, just seems more painful, more tired. Umm I think mine are due to nuts and chocolate mainly. My life style took a dump 2/3 yrs. ago, but I'm back on track, with all the pain I'm dealing with, it seems like a long time for them to pass. OK I'm over them now would they just pass please! I also know mine are hereditary since my sister, brother and Mother and Aunt had them. I thought I was pretty lucky for not getting them until two wks ago. OH Darn! My turn. I'm 56yrs young been healthy my whole life up until I turned 55. Go figure! I'm med. build. Female. I'm sorry it had to come to this, but I guess this is what it took to get me back on track with my health. OK OK I get the message my body is telling me. Im changing my diet. Ive already lost 10#s since dealing with this. Thats a good thing. Thanks for the info. Steve PS I will give a update when I fine out the culture of the stone. Appreciate your book Steve I will recommend it and learn from it absolutely.
