I'm no physical therapist, but I do work at the pt association and when I started having hand pain while typing, I took it seriously. Finally, I realized that I have *really small hands*. So I bought a really small keyboard.

Hand pain? Virtually gone. The lesson? Use tools the right size for you, even if you have to get a baby blue sports-themed "boy" keyboard to do it.

Also? I get great comments about my keyboard at the office. Some are a bit condescending, but most are genuinely appreciative, interested, or amused!

I have purchased 2 of these keyboards, they are Great for small hands.. We had no problems with them, the keys are easy and the stretch from key to key makes using thier computers much easier than the standard keyboard.

The mouse is also perfect size for small hands.... the kids are able to grip it without difficulty
