I've bought the whole set of Kid's Mandalas twice! My kids love coloring them and I love doing it with them. They are free to color how they want the colors they feel like using (without thinking a dog cannot be blue). My sister loves them and chances are I'll be buying them again for my nephew and neice!!

I purchased this book for my daughter for Christmas. She really likes it. I think it's just o.k.

The Mandalas are simple, not a lot of details on most, some are cute enough to copy and colour more than once. They are printed one per page, so you can use markers to colour if you wish. The quality of the designs is good. Lots of flowers and leaves and a few lend themselves to seasonal patterns.

The quality of the printing is somewhat questionable, in my opinion. It is very obvious that most of the designs were hand traced before being printed in this book, which I find odd. Some have thin lines that are nice, others have really heavy black lines. Not sure what that's all about. Good enough for a first Mandala book for a little girl. Also, really great that they are printed one per page; I understand that is a big issue with a lot of Mandala books.

Geared towards girls, but nice challenge. Will make you think how to create a balanced picture.

GREAT BOOK, KIDS CAN COLOR FOR HOURS WITHOUT GETTING BORED. THIS AUTHOR WAS SMART AND DID NOT PUT DESIGNS ON THE BACK OF EACH PAGE. THIS GIVES THE KIDS A CHANCE TO COLOR WITH MARKERS WITHOUT HAVING THEM BLEED AND RUIN A DESIGN.

This seems like a nice book to me, but my grandchildren prefer the usual coloring books. They aren't interested in mandalas. I'm giving it a 4 because I like it and would have enjoyed coloring it. For them I'll stick with the dollar store's coloring books. Too bad.
