Great Book for Any Age,

This is a great book for fly tying newbies of any age. I am no kid but this book has been a real help to me in learning to tie flies. It has just the right amount of information on materials, techniques and several specific flies. A lot of books have either too little or too much information to get you started but this one has just the right amount! I was sitting at a vise tying flies from the book pretty much immediately.

This is an excellent book for anyone who wants to learn how to do fly tying. Not only does Tyler share the necessary tools, but he gives detailed instructions on how to use each tool. For each of the flies in his book, he offers step-by-step explanations and provides photographs of the various stages. Believe me you will be fly tying in no time! I wish I had this book when we started a fly tying course for our students and parents.
