My daughter, now 10, loved this video. This great video for 2 to 6 year olds will get them up and moving around. get your bean bags ready and your excersizing shoes on as Scott guides your child through a half hour of wiggling, balancing and dancing fun. One of my favorite songs on this tape is when the kids count to 10 and make the number shapes with their bodies. My daugher loved the bean bag song and tried very hard to balance the bean bag on different parts of her body. They also talk to the children about drinking water and wearing good exercise shoes.I wish they would make more movies like this.

This is the best video for kids. My mother gave it to my daughter 18 years ago when she was two. Very educational, fun, and we had a blast together making letters out of our bodies! I have a neice and nephew who I play it for when they come to my house, and now my daughter is having a baby and I will have this tape for my grandbaby. I STILL have it!

I am a preschool teacher and have used this VHS format tape for years. It is great! Does anyone know if it comes in DVD format now?
