I ordered 2 of these for boys 4 and 6. The helmets are too small for either of them. The material is very cheap. It is not worth the money.

My son is seven, and this toy split in half within five minutes of him playing 'war'. Very disappointed. When it split, there were some plastic slivers that split off. Not good.

Broke in half the first day. Cheap I regret buying it. Should have spent more and bought a nicer one.

My 6 yr. old loves this helmet. It is plastic, so i encourage him to not drop it on the ground for it will break. He got it 4 months ago and plays with it often (which is a long time in toy life). He has a lot of fun pretending to be an army man and shooting innocent passerbys with his fake guns. Great for imagination play.

A LITTLE SMALL FOR MY 9 YR OLD, BUT IT'S A GREAT PROP. GO FOR LARGER SIZE THAN FIGURED.

Helmet with a slight crack in it when it arrived, but my son was so anxious to play with it, we didnt send it back - big mistake - the entire helmet was in two pieces the next day. Never again!!

Great for any adult or Child costume(Helmet runs big).Looks real,but made of plastic.Not that durable but perfect enough if you are looking for something cheap to wear for one night!

Bought this along with the guns he wanted. Grandson really liked it. IT WAS CUTE! Could have had some padding inside helmet for comfort.

We got this for my youngest son who is 9. The helmet fits him perfectly.

We thought he would like it to play "war" like the other kids ... but not him. Instead, he strapped it on and wore it ALL DAY LONG on Christmas. He even slept in the helmet. The next day, he kept it on and decided that he was going to ram everything he saw, including doors, people, animals, blocks, the christmas tree. Everything.

This helmet turned my son into a billy goat.

And after all of that ramming, it has NOT broken. In fact, it's not even stressed.

I had to stop him when he started jumping off the stairs while wearing it. It's not a safety device by any means so ... The weird part is that he has had a bike helmet for years and never thought of these things until he got this helmet.

Fun to see what breaks when kid rams it (eggs were gross)

It's a plastic toy helmet, folks. It's cheap. Some kids are bigger than others. If it doesn't fit your 6 year old, maybe feed them a little less?

The hat was good for a child's halloween costume. It looks nice and a decent price. The plastic cracked early on, but it was still usable.
