Created by the team of speech pathologist Mary Nel, art therapist Genevieve Lundberg, and with the assistance of a music therapist, "Kidwinks Farm" is a superbly crafted speech development DVD that uses repetition, one- and two-word phrases, sign language, music and simple movements to enhance the speech development of children having developing language difficulties. Through the combined use of live action and animation, "Kidwinks Farm" shows children interacting with farm animals, naming body parts, naming actions, and modeling the sounds that the animals make. Featuring flawless technical production values and highly recommended for school and community library DVD collections for children, "Kidwinks Farm" will also prove to be a useful curriculum supplement for children learning English as a second language.
