FOR GREG KIHN FANS THIS CD IS A MUST. IT HAS 33 SONGS OF WHICH MAYBE 2 DON'T MAKE THE CUT.ONE BEING SECRET MEETINGS LIVE.IT DOESN'T HAVE THE FEELING OF THE STUDIO CUT.BUT A VERY SMALL COMPLAINT.THIS CD COVERS THE BAND AT ITS PEAK.THEY COVER 2 SONGS FROM BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN (THE GREATEST R&R BAND OF ALL TIME)AND THEY ARE THE ONLY BAND TO DO THE SONGS BETTER THAN BRUCE & THE E ST BAND.FOR ME THAT'S THE HIGHEST PRAISE I CAN GIVE.IF YOU BUY THIS YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SATISFIED.I ALSO RECOMMEND THE CD KIHNSOLIDATION FOR MORE OF THE BEST OF GREG KIHN.

This collection includes two songs from the Berserkely Chartbusters album that predate Greg Kihn's first Berserkely album. It also includes several live versions of his hits - unfortunately, to the exclusion of the original studio recordings.

I live in the SF Bay Area and Greg Kihn was a local hero of mine, so any collection of his that has tracks unavailable elsewhere will be attrative to me. However, you do need to be A Greg Kihn nut to truly appreciate this collection, so do not buy it if you are a casual fan.
