Eh... awesome concept... executed poorly

I was so excited to get this shaker in the mail this morning and when I opened it the shaker comes in a plastic bag inside the box. The label was peeled back partially (the part that says Graffiti cocktail shaker with the paint sprays... you know the whole reason you most likely bought this). It was stuck to the bag and had dirt on it so it wouldn't stick to the shaker anymore... then I realized it says "removable sticker" on the label. What the heck is the point of this? Once the sticker is off it now looks like a weird cocktail shaker with a red lid. I'm keeping it because I bought it with Amazon Reward points and I needed one anyway. But I am totally bummed about this product. What a shame.

Best cocktail shaker ever!

For years I struggled to get the top off my stainless steel cocktail mixer and then one day I noticed they type of mixer used by the bartender at one of our favorite restaurants. This is what he used. And he does this for a living.

Besides the ease of removing the lid, once on the lid is secure- no leaks. Easy to measure and see if drink is mixed adequately. Recipes on base are a nice feature. I would definatley recommend this cocktail shaker!

Pretty Meh

I bought this for my graffiti enthusiast boyfriend as a gift and I was a little embarrassed when he opened it. The sticker applique was poorly applied, full of bubbles and uneven. The lid doesn't like to stay on and the base isn't completely flat so it doesn't sit level and moves around.

I'm thinking of returning it and getting him something else if he lets me. A very cute idea that is executed very poorly.

I would not recommend this to anyone, you're better off getting a normal cocktail shaker.

Very Good Quality!

I haven't used my mixer yet but the quality is nice so I rated it as a 4. I will update it when I use it. I can't wait to shake something up. I absolutely love the recipes on the glass and the measurement info. I chose this one after reading the reviews on Amazon.

Update:
I finally used my mixer and OMG! This is the best shaker I have ever invested in. Good Shakers are so hard to find. Just the feel of this Shaker make me want to mix drinks over and over again and I do. Lol!.. And I just love the recipes on it. Just make sure that the rubber ring on the lid is on correctly bc if it leaks while mixing, you don't have it adjusted properly. And even that's not a big deal. But once that rubber is in place, you will be completely satisfied. Update: I recently dropped my Mixer on my Ceramic tile and it didn't chip or break. I was shocked to Not break the mixer or my tile. Unbelievable!

Great Idea! Poor Execution

The Kikkerland Graffiti Cocktail Shaker is designed to look like a can of Krylon aerosol paint.

Unfortunately the label that comes with it is poorly applied with ripples throughout and not liquid resistant. This means it will not stay on for long, defeating the purpose of buying this above any other cocktail shaker.

If a cocktail shaker is all you're after, go and buy a plain stainless one instead.

Disappointed!

Love the recipes written on the side! Can't wait to try out all of them. Though on one of them, the line for orange juice isn't there so I guessed, woops!

Lost a star because the seal kinda sucks, but still a nice novelty for a price that can't be beat! My friend came over and told me she adored it, and insisted I sent her the link so she could get one too!
