If you like egg flower soup, you'll love this quick and easy packaged soup from Kikkoman. I first bought it at my local Korean market, but when they stopped carrying it I only found it at Amazon and have ordered from there ever since. My Grandchildren love it as much as I do. I always add the egg which makes it extra rich. The flavor is as good as any I've had at a good Chinese restaurant. It's quick to make and you can use it as a last minute dish if you need a quick addition to your meal. YUM!

Let me preference this by saying that I had never had Egg Flower Soup or Corn Soup before. I was hesitant to try it, but it was pretty good. After the first time I've played around adding seasoning, spring onions, chopped veg, etc. However, that's not necessary. It's very quick to prepare. Just pour the mix into your water, boil, stir in a well beaten egg, and your done.

My 10 year old loves this soup and I have the darnedest time finding it locally anymore. Even my local 99 Ranch Market seems to not have it in stock. When I could find it local it was 3.99 each packet. It was cheaper to buy a pack of 12 here on Amazon. It is quick and easy (boil 2.5 cups water with mix, remove from heat, stir in one beaten egg, serve). 4 stars if it was cheaper!
