Kikkoman Fried Rice Seasoning Mix is the best thing ever. I have tried other brands only to be terribly disappointed. Hard to find at grocer stores so I was elated to be able to buy it at Amazon. GREAT STUFF, must try to appreciate.

I'm lazy, so I really like these things. The recipe on the back for mixing them is crazy, though: don't use just water. Mix a little bit of sesame oil in the water, too, it brings out the flavors more. AND USE COLD RICE IN YOUR STIR FRY, CRAZY PEOPLE.

~BACKGROUND~
I love rice of all kinds, but particularly fried rice.

~PROS~
- No MSG
- Easy to use
- Great flavor
- Can be creative
- Make a meal fast
- Very affordable (~ 80 cents a packet)

~CONS~
- Be mindful that 1 full packet contains 1,380mg of sodium (57% DV)

~TIPS~
- Don't be afraid to get creative!
- Directions call for 1 one egg, but I like to use two.
- I've used various types of meats and prefer chicken and shrimp.
- Soften up veggies of your choice - yellow onion, mushrooms, frozen carrots, peas. Even the frozen stir fry veggie mix.
