I was visiting my brother in Hawaii and went into an Asian market to buy sushi-making supplies and picked up this product on a whim because I'd never seen it in the U.S. before. Oh my gosh!!!! It was AWESOME!!! We were able to pour it into small dishes and dip sushi straight into it without having to make a soy/rice vinegar/citrus/sugar sauce for the sushi. I LOVE this product! It has far less sodium and does NOT overwhelm like traditional soy sauce. You can use it just like soy sauce and will be guaranteed a fresh taste without the strong salty taste of most soy sauces. I replaced all of my soy sauce and teriyaki sauce with this product!!!!

Another Dr. Oz recommendation. This is a citrus flavored soy sauce. I just love it. This is the only soy sauce I like. All the others are way too salty.

I bought this hoping it was a lemony alternative to soy sauce. It is much less salty and does not hold up well when you heat it, either in sauce or as a straight stir fry. Basically, it can only be used in dressing or as a dipping sauce. The citrus is not very balanced. It does not taste natural. Not my favorite ponzu and I regret buying three without trying one first.

I saw this advertised on TV and found it on my grocery shelf ONCE, but never again. Thank goodness I can order it here, because we love this sauce on everything. I made lo mein tonight, and the Ponzu made the flavors sparkle. I've even used it in salad dressing to enhance flavor. It's so versatile. You'll wonder what you ever did without it!

I was told that due to migraines I was unable to have soy sauce. This is a great alternative and have not noticed any issues as of yet with migraines caused by sauces that are fermented with this sauce. It has a lovely flavor and a LOT less salt than soy sauce. I highly recommend it.

This Sauce is good on everything! I ordered it because i had tried it on soft shell crab and it was great! Since then i have tried it on pork beef and other seafood! It enhances the flavor of all of them!

This is a nice addition to many stews, gravies etc. i just don't use it for oriental cooking, but use it quite often especially in a slow cooker adds a depth of a flavor that cannot be distinguished.

This stuff is SO good. It's found in a grocery store near the soy sauce. (I was visiting my sis in Missouri and couldn't find it there, so got it online). I've been trying to lose some weight and didn't want to use my usual ranch dressing and when I found this, it was all I needed for my salads.

When I get a little fancy, I combine this, a few teaspoons of dill pickle juice (better than you might think), some olive oil, and occasionally, some olive tapanade. Put it in a jar in the fridge and shake before using. Lots of taste, low in calories.

Ive tried buying other ponzu sauces from other brands, taste like s***, and after 7 kikkoman ponzu sauce bottles later it's still 99% full coz I never use it

Can't live without this product. It adds umami to everything, so much tastier than regular soy sauce. I regularly cook with it and am happy that is readily available in most supermarkets. But $8/(3)10oz bottles delivered with Prime saves me a trip at a decent price point. This is a good buy and a chef's best friend.
