This marinade is awesome for so many uses.....salad dressings and marinating meats this is the best with garlic added to it. I only had one problem....6 of the bottles leaked during shipment but the company wrote me back immediately saying how sorry they were and that they were sending me 6 new bottles....What great customer service....they haven't arrived yet but hopefully soon!

I saw this advertised on TV and found it in one grocery -- ONCE. I'm so glad to see I can get it on Amazon! I use it for marinades, stir-frying, and any other time I think it might add a nice twist on regular soy. I'm not sure why stores around here haven't jumped on board!

Hoda Kotb shared a fish recipe on the Today show using Ponzu Sauce. I just had to try it. It was great and the sauce included other recipe ideas.

I love this soy sauce. I had it at a sushi place in Nashville and couldn't find it any grocery store. I was so happy to find it on Amazon. It is great even just with plain rice.

I use this on grilled fish a lot! It's great as a marinate beforehand, and then as a dip with fish (grilled fish is my favorite). It's wonderful on tofu, veggies, fried rice, etc.

Used this in a stir fry recipe with shrimp and snap peas. The flavor was outstanding. Highly recommend it for a change from the ordinary.
