Great music, horrible remastering,

This is a great collection of Rock & Roll classics. However the remastering is awful. I have some of these songs on other CD's and without exception all of them sound better than this collection. The midrange is extremely harsh and the bass sounds dead and compressed.Not sure what happened, but maybe they shouldn't have "digitally remastered" this when the originals were much better sounding!

this is just an awesome mix of classic rock. it is one of the few cd's that i know of that i can just let the whole cd run uninterupted. it is just great music to listen to no matter what you are feeling like.

I grew up on these songs and they were very relevant to the mood of the times. They bring back many good memories. I forgot they had so many good songs. I'm so thankful for the wonders of the internet and it's suppliers!
