This review is from: The Comic Book Killer (Hobart Lindsey / Marvia Plum mystery series) (Paperback)
I purchased this book several months ago, hoping that I could begin a new mystery series. I was wrong. This book was boring and a struggle to finish. The mystery elements had potential, but the book's pacing was too slow. Hobart was uninteresting and Marvia wasn't fleshed out as a character. If you would like an interesting mystery series with an interracial romance thrown in, try the "Lizzie Stuart" mysteries by Frankie Y. Bailey.
