Outstanding CD. Jason D. Williams is billed as a Jerry Lee Lewis tribute artist and he is great. But he is an outstanding performer in his own right, with his own material and his high energy style that is just over the top. Another CD you will enjoy is "WILD". If you enjoy a Jerry Lee Lewis "type" performance you will certainly go wild when Jason D. takes you to another level.

Jason D. Williams has been tearing it up for maybe 15 years. There is no one around who understands the chaotic and deep anarchistic nature of that most dangerous American invention: Rock 'n' Roll.
There is no doubt that he was and is heavily influenced by the once wildest and wiliest man in captivity, Jerry Lee Lewis. Jason D. Williams has grown far beyond all his influences and now he
has no one to outdo but himself, and he does exactly that each time he performs. You Tube is a good place to see pieces of the on stage mayhem. He is vital, powerful and inspired beyond the point which can be metered as insane. That's how deep Jason D. is into his music. His cd, KILLER INSTINCTS, offers a nod to the Killer, but it's like someone taking off and waving goodbye. The man is gone, and he is, without question, beyond any doubt, one of the best, freest, naturally wild musicians to happen to America's first dangerous music, down home, muddy, dark and deep Rock 'n' Roll. My favorite cut: each and every blessed one.
