Martial Arts Nostalgia II,

This review is from: Killer warrior (Black Samurai) (Paperback)
This was the third book in the series written by Marc Olden about an adventurer known to friend and foe alike as the Black Samurai. In this one martial arts expert Robert Sand saves Manhattan from atomic destruction.Along the way he does battle with, among others,a giant axe-weilding Apache warrior.Like the other books in this series this was published in the early 70s during the twin eras of blaxploitation and kung fu-mania.However this is not some cheap, exploitive potboiler. It's a good book. And I recommend it to both martial arts and adventure fans.Good pulp fiction.
