These rackets are definitely on the heavy side, weighing in at 177g and 184g, with thick rubber padding that optimizes control and spin. Speed suffers somewhat, but that is a necessary trade-off.

The three ping-pong balls in the set are playable but deserve their one-star rating.

I find the lighter of the two racket better, faster and more controllable. Overall, this package is not a bad value.

Really good quality paddles w/inverted pips and nice, tacky rubber. A fine compromise between an offensive and defensive weapon. Great deal for 2-paddle set (inc. 3 balls) costing only $5 more than single paddle. A no-brainer!!

GOOD PADDLE. ABLE TO CREATE PLENTY OF SPIN AND SPEED. THE RUBBER IS STARTING TO COME OFF ON THE EDGES BUT CAN BE EASILY REPAIRED WITH A LITTLE CONTACT CEMENT. GOOD DEAL FOR THE PRICE.

The next time you tire of playing ping-pong with ancient sandpaper or rubber paddles from 20 years ago, you could go to the local Walmart or hardware store and buy whatever they have. Or, for roughly the same price, you could buy this pair of Killerspin Jet200's.

My 11-year old son and I have been playing for the past week with these paddles and they are worth every dollar. We've been wiping the rubber off with a damp dish sponge after playing and re-applying the plastic protective covers. So far, the rubber has maintained its grip on the ball. And youtube has all the education we'll need for trying new spins and serves!

Playing ping-pong is fun again!

This paddle is awesome. Quality construction, and the foam between the rubber is very thick. I'm on a 10-2 run against some strong players since I got it...

Nice handling, great spin, not too fast...hours of TT fun with a racket that allows for skilful spin and play. Through time, you may need to glue back the rubber as it can separate, like most rackets.

I was going to buy a good paddle for myself when I came across this bargain. For a little more than the price of one good paddle, you can buy two. I could not pass up on this, especially since the rest of the family would like a nice paddle to use while playing.

The paddles offer great control and spin. Speed is adequate. They are perfect for playing in our fairly large rec room. The excellent spin and control elevates everyone's game. The less than professional speed keeps everything under control. There are better paddles for the advanced pro. However, these paddles are great for families who play at a beginner to intermediate level.

Just learn to play ping pong (oops, table tennis) so I am not an expert in evaluating the paddles. However, one of the paddles arrived with a chipped rubber on the black side. It does not affect playability, but certainly does not reflect a good quality control. Strangely, we do like the bounce of the 3 (three) 1-star balls that came included with the paddles.

I bought these rackets for use at work on the ping pong table in the lounge, as the community paddles were dilapidated.

As a casual (read "noob") player, these rackets have lived up to my expectations.

Pros
- Nice surface that helps with ball control (spins) even for beginners
- Durable handle
- Fairly cheap

Cons
- The rubber surface and the rims of these rackets have started to come off (just a little bit so far) after only 6 months. I expect they won't be unusable for quite a while though

Other thoughts
- These rackets are heavier than most of the rackets at the office, which makes it hard to switch once you get used to them

Nice tacky paddles. They are a little on the heavy side (doesn't bother me) - but play very nicely. Be careful that you don't get any cloth or anything with lint near the paddles because fibers will stick to the rubber.
