A good police procedural with an unusual and compelling conclusion,

This review is from: A Killing Kindness: Featuring Dalziel and Pascoe (Audio Cassette)
I've only previously read the two most recent mysteries featuring detective-superintedent Andrew Daziel and inspector Pascoe and needed to search to find this early volume in the series. This is very mch a standard procedural detailing the investigation of a series of murders of various aged women which have been followed with an anonyous caller quoting Hamlet. It is of course the personality of superintendent Daziel which gives this account true life. However, one might find the investigation procedure a bit tiresome until we approach the ending wich is indeed unique in its sympathy and understanding.Definitely recommended.
