5.0 out of 5 stars Fascinating history of a great mountain, February 1, 2006

This review is from: Killington: A story of mountains and men (Hardcover)
Karen Lorentz has written a wild history of a wild mountain from its beginnings to the end of an era (pre-American Skiing Company). If you've ever skied Killington, or want to ski it--you'll love the "virtual" experience. The historic pictures tell as much of the story as the tale of the mountain, and the men and women who created it. This is the story of a mountain, when it was a great mountain of characters, and character.
