The Rum Diary, our resident undiscovered down key talent from Cotati, CA (10 minutes away from Santa Rosa)perform exceptionally well w/ New Yorks Kilowatthours. Both bands seem to have a similar musical apparatus and the CD showcases the two together nicely. Perhaps the greatest treat is (Ex)Change, where in The Rum Diary and Kilowatthours play off eachother perfectly in a well written and well executed song. This CD is not only poetically pleasing, its also a great album to chill to or to listen to cynically
