I purchased this and was dissapointed with the "Night-Vision". I disassembled it and found no infrared emitters. Using my own emitter, the lense seems to actually filter out infrared like any other cheap webcam. I can only think of one explaination for this.

The camera has the mic and the manual focus. BUUUUUUUUT the lights are led, not infrared. Infrared is not visible to the naked eye. Trust me you can see the light from this one. Other wise it is a god web-cam. good picture. Its just they need to change the description and the picture. the 3.5 audio jack is not there. its integrated in to the usb.

We ordered Kinamax WCM-NV399 4-LED infared camera, and once we got it, we realizae thera are NO INFRARED LEDs, but visible light LEDs. We are absolutely disappointed as we cannot use at all this device for our application. It is useless for us and we want to send it back to you.
We really want to check which is the process available for us to get the money back and return the camera.
let's say it is totally unacceptable to sell a device with absolutely wrong description. It is not fair.
Again, please advice which is the action for us to start the process in order to send the camera back and recover our money.
