For the last several years, I've been cleaning up downed logs and debris on my 11 acres of land in northern NH. I've struggled with cold, wet hands every winter. Just found out about these, and they are the best work gloves I have ever used for cold weather work. If someone knows of a better work glove for the price, please let me know. They do keep your hands dry, and they break in relatively quickly. The quality is outstanding. I like the part that hugs the wrist, because it gives added protection to that area (none of the other gloves I have ever used have this), and can also be tucked in a jacket sleeve independent of the actual working part of the glove.

Another problem with cheap and mid-grade gloves I have used is that they always seem to have seams in the wrong places, and you get chaffing or blisters. But these are very comfortable. Yesterday I did my spring raking on the 15,000 s.f. lawn with them - no blisters for the first time ever.

I coated mine with Sno Seal. It's sticky the first time or two you use the gloves, but OK after that and helps break in the gloves.

HOWEVER, I would not call them ski gloves. Don't think the gloves would be appropriate on the ski trails around here where it is often below zero. First time I used them working in the woods, it was about 25 degrees F, and the tips of my fingers were a little cold after about a half hour, although very dry. Still, I was in a much better place than I would have been with any of my other gloves (most of which I will now be tossing).

Check out other sites - you may be able to find them cheaper as I did, even with shipping charges, especially if you are going to order more than one pair (a few sites had them for under $20 without shipping).

This is great glove for working outside in the snow, especially after sealing them with Sno-Seal. They are a bit stiff at first, but they loosened up fine after a day or two of use. I bought them for the soul purpose of working outside at a ski area, but found myself also using them while skiing more often than not. For the price they just can't be beat.

Bulletproof and very warm. Warm enough for northern MN where i live, you shouldn't have a problem.

I bought a pair of these five winters ago, I wear them everyday all winter long, and they still show no sign of wear. They have Heatkeep insulation, and they're as warm as any gloves (or mittens) I've ever had, fending off frostbite even through our months-long sub-zero Polar Vortex. They get wet (I haven't treated them) when I'm shoveling snow, but they dry soft and flexible, not stiff like so many leather gloves.
I would recommend these to anybody who needs workhorse gloves for all kinds of cold weather. They're incomparable!

i got the sno seal because somehow i missed that these are already treated, which was nice. they are a little stiff and are taking time to break in but they are hands down the best gloves i used when tooling around outside where synthetic gloves would not be a good thing, (snow blowing, bonfires, working on cars) not that you cant just use them instead of most other gloves. heck if they made it so it had a skirt that when over your jacket sleeves sign me up i'm first inline, these things are as good as they say and a bargain at the price. if there are better performing gloves under $100 i've never heard of them.

If you're looking for a rugged pair of gloves for cold weather sports and outdoor chores, look no further. After a back-country adventure on a mountain in Colorado, I paid notice to the gloves our guides were wearing... Kinco's. I thought they must know something... so I ordered a pair. Very warm and super durable! Tired of those pesky slices on your $75+ ski gloves after carrying your skis that finally decide to rip open on the coldest day on top of the mountain? It won't happen with this pair. Tough enough for skiing, and chopping wood, and shoveling snow, and scraping ice off your windshield, and putting snow chains on, and... you get the picture. They do run a little on the large size. Absolutely one of my best cold weather purchases!

Excellent gloves for low cost. I skiied a couple days in 10-20 degree weather and had no issues. Ski patrols in the big ski resorts use them too, so if it's good enough for them....
