About the Author
Lynne Walters earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Stanford University and a Masters in Nursing from the University of Washington in Gerontological Nursing. Lynne holds a national Holistic Nursing Certificate, HNC, a certificate in interactive guided imagery from the Academy for Guided Imagery, and one for Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. She has worked in hospice care, psychiatric nursing, home care nursing, and has led many workshops and classes in hospitals and in the community. In 1987 she started Whole Person Health Works, a private practice in holistic nursing and massage therapy.

Good book for the money, informative and I feel it was a good purchase. If you are interested in taking charge of your health on your own you may be interested in this book, esp if you have neck & back problems as I do. This is only one book in my vast library of books that help me take charge of my health and well being.
