It has alot of easy projects for a parent or care giver and a child to do. The recipes are fun, healthy and self-esteem building. This book is still available from Discovery Toys (discoverytoys.com)

I first purchased this book in 1982 for use with my own boys. Of all the books we purchased for activities at home, this book contained the most practical and fun cooking activities! We made recipes over and over, and the book became a tradition in our family.
One of my ADULT sons requested a copy of this book to use in his own home and job related activities. This book is absolutely the best....as a mother, teacher, counselor, and school administrator, I have used many!

Great Kids Cookbook!,

If you are looking for a cookbook you can use with your children this is it! I am a pre-school teacher and I use this book in class. Each recipe is illustrated with easy step by step pictures. This really teaches sequencing.
The recipes are healthy, nutritional, and fun to do. |
