Steve has been a big help as I get to know my new Kindle 2!,

As a new Kindle user, I felt like an old pro with all the helpful hints, ideas and links Steve provides! Between this and the Complete Guide to the Kindle 2, I was up and running in no time!!! Thanks, Steve!!!

I have every Kindle Nation (by email), but all along I've wanted to keep them in my Kindle...now I can. I go back to Windwalker's newsletters over and over, because sometimes when I first read them I'm not quite ready to explore the info he's given. Since I take my Kindle everywhere, I can look back at all of February's newsletters in one document. Nice!

Where has this been all my 74 yrs! Everyone should own this! I have over 1000 books, plus magazines & I can carry them, in my pocket thru this machine. WOW! The daily updates have been great! I have donated my real books to the library.

As I read the title "Kindle Nation: The Free Weekly Newsletter for Kindle Users - February 2009 (DRM-Free with Text-to-Speech Enabled, User-Friendly) (Kindle Edition)", I thought it should be free. How come it charges $.99? It is not even cost more than a cup of coffee, but it is just a matter of principle. If it is NOT free, don't call it FREE.

Really enjoyed the Kindle Nation Daily and even purchased another book on Kindle by Stephen Windwalker. The blog is a helpful update on "good things" and news about Kindle and extremely well written. The Difficulty with it is that it was unreliable. I would get some days others not. Then it simply stopped updating. I called Customer Service and got the "try syncing it" then "try turning on and off" - Duh! Had no luck so eventually canceled. All other orders work fine with Whispernet - hope others do not experience what I did.

Not worth it even if it were actually free,

The information on the newsletters is not that useful. The newsletter is not presented well, too many graphics and font changes. Also, the free content is either books people who have used their kindle for a few days will know is free, or is Christian fiction.

I thought this was a free trial but you charged me .99 for it. What Gives? I didn't authorize you to deduct that amount from account. I want it refunded. You don't even have a way to cancel the order. If this is the way you do business I will send the damn Kindle back.
