Kindle editions costing more than hardcover?

One of the benefits of the kindle edition is that it costs less because of the digital delivery model. I am surprised then that some kindle editions cost more. There is no excuse for this. I will not be taken advantage of by paying more for a digital book than one that must be printed warehoused and driven to my home.
