flat screen TV's are notorious for awful speakers so most people add a spound bar, when you have a kinect to boot, where do you put all this stuff. the WII smartly enough has its own little mount but the Kinect comes with no such thing. This gizmo is cheap, effective and cheerful enough. takes seconds to install and fits snugly to the kinect and the TV.

This clip doesn't quite fit our tv correctly but we were able to make it work. I definitely suggest getting a clip for your tv to hold the kinect but this particular clip does not fit all flat screen tv's.

The product does do as it advertise Some TVs like mine are slightly more slender than the mount has the ability to go but a little reverse engineering and I was able to create exactly what was required for my special needs

I had a hard time getting the kinect to clip to this mount...it probably took me 5 minutes. It just wouldn't latch. After I got it latched, it works fine. While looking at it, I think it would have been better in glossy black (its matte) to match the kinect and most TV's.

The good: arrived quickly, mounts to TV effectively via the rotatable rear arm. Secure enough to support the Kinect sensor but the mounting is like "resting". It sits on top of my plasma.

The bad: the "clip" portion of the product is that there are moveable arms that insert into the Kinect and are meant to engage a catch inside the Kinect sensor. On mine, this feature doesn't work. The Kinect will only loosely sit on top of the mount and it will not clip to the mount. I zip-tied the rear portion of the sensor to the mount so that if the Kinect were to be knocked off the mount, it can't go anywhere (assuming the mount itself doesn't fall).

Cheap solution. Seems to work well other than having to jerry rig it.

This product fails to execute its purpose. The clip does not attach to the TV, it just sits there. Also, the kinect will not "lock into place", so if there is a wiggle or someone jumps while playing a game the kinect falls. The other review seems fake, especially after using the clip and seeing how obviously useless it is.

Well, as my headline says, this thing is made of VERY BRITTLE MATERIALS and CHEAP PLASTICS. Without any exaggeration, the very MOMENT that I tried to clip this thing onto my monitor, the "traction bar" that is VERY weakly glued to the lower bar/clip that presses against the back of the TV or monitor you are attaching it to literally RIPPED OFF. So after I "jimmied" it back on with some dual sided adhesive tape I had I then went to extend the back bar that holds the lower clip in place and "SNAP", the damned thing then cracked in-two inside the inner gears that hold the lower retainer bar in place when you aren't pressing down the two buttons that lock it into place. So obviously I am going to have to NOT advise purchasing this thing outright. And to all of the people that had positive experiences with this thing, I ENVY YOU!! lol

Well i just started shopping recently on amazon instead of going out to buy in store because usually they are high priced or they dont have what you want. Anyway, i bought this mount as i saw it was licensed by microsoft so i said hey why not. i literally touch it once and all four screw points break and i had to use black duct tape to hold it together so after jerry rigging it i will use it. Not worth the time to send it back for another one that will probably break quicker. I read mixed reviews about it that seemed to balance it out from being good or bad so i rolled the dice and i lost. Will not buy cheap anymore.

The actual product seemed to work properly but upon arrival and installion of the product seemed unimportant. I was under the impression by the marketing of this device that this product was suppose to secure the Xbox kinetic camera to the flat screen tv. After further discovery, the product does not secure the camera on the surface space available for mounting the device on the flat screen tv. Unless I haven't already misused this product entirely unknowingly to my knowledge. If anyone else has the same physical inoperable device I would greatly apricate some feedback on this very frustrating product.

The thing doesn't lock into the Kinect sensor. I struggled for half-an-hour before I threw in the towel and requested a return. Guess this is what I get for going cheaply....
