I bought this product a year ago and since then, I've used it everyday on my lip and around the outside of my lip. It has made tremendous improvement on my lip line. I use to have a very severe scar on my lip that didn't heal for many many years. But, after using this product, my scar has healed tremendously, you can't even see the lines of the scar anymore. Also, my bottom lip looks very nice and much plumper than it use to be.

I used this, thinking it'd be sort of a lip-balmy stuff (because that's what the girl at Sephora told me) and after 2 days of use my lips swelled up so much I had ducklip/troutlip and I formed a red rash around my lip line that had little red bumps (like pimples?). In the words of Napoleon Dynamite - MY LIPS HURT REAL BAD! They're scaling; they're bumpy; they feel grainy. And it's not like my face is uber sensitive or anything - I use DuWop lip venom glosses and my lips feel fine. This stuff hurts. :( And I'm definitely returning it.

Tried this product based on reviews, you'll definitely need a lip balm because this product is very light, almost like a lotion so I still feel the need for moisture after. I'm being preventitive so I don't have many fine lines yet but I'm hoping to maintain or diminish the few I have, only been using this product for about 2 weeks so I haven't noticed much changes yet.

Not only does this plump your lips it keeps them smooth. Without it my lips flake constantly. I use this morning and night. If you think it's not that great stop using it for awhile and you'll come running back.

I had seen slight plumping after using City Lips for a few months when I started using Kinerase. It took a few more months with the Kinerase, but I started seeing even greater gains in lip volume. My lower lip, which was never extemely thin, showed improvements first, but now, after more than a year, even my flimsy top lip has plumped up. It may have taken less time had I followed instructions better - it's important to apply outside the lip line and even going into the mouth slightly.

The bottom line is that, while you may not see immediate results, you will eventually be shocked at what nice lips you have. Heck, I even got a comment a few days ago about what pretty lips I have (when I wasn't even wearing lipstick or gloss)...that's a first for me!!
