This tape saved me while playing a tennis match. I have an old injury in the tendon of one of my knees. It pops when I make a bending lateral movement. It is painful enough to stop me in my tracks. It has been happening more often lately so I was going to have use a patellar wrap which is a bit bulky. A woman on my team had this tape and I used it in the middle of a match. I must say I was very skeptical about it's ability to do the job. Well, it worked just fine. It is so light and comfortable unlike the bulky knee wrap and I only need to put it in the front of my knee where the problem is. It can be left on for a few days and I can even shower with it in place. The only thing I need to remember is not to use lotion in the area or it will not stay on long enough. Love this tape. I have two rolls now. One in my tennis bag and one at home.
