If you are trained in Kinesio taping, this is the only tape to use in my opinion. If you are not trained, do some research before using, as there are important precautions.

I think this stuff is great. I use the videos on [...] to apply it since application is important to how it works. But since I used it pretty frequently, I went for the bulk roll since it's a better value.

Kinesio tape works great, but you need to know how to apply it. I actually get more support on my knee then wearing a stretch knee support and the tape will stay on for several days.

Love this stuff. My daughter uses it on her knee with every work-out, game, practice. It helps stabilize her kneecap, which moves around much more than it should.

Great stuff but you have to know how to use it I took a class in Miami to learn the right way to apply it.

I have Fibromyalgia and began using this product two years ago. I use it mostly on my shoulders, neck and back. I used it for several months and then quit using it. I almost forgot I had the product. I was experiencing stiffness and pain in my shoulders and neck and began using the product again. Within a couple of weeks the stiffness and pain in my shoulders and neck was significantly better. Occasionally I get a small rash from the product. When this happens I avoid putting the tape on that area and the rash quickly goes away.

This product works great for me! I have learned to keep trying different patterns to put the tape on.

My wife suffers from shoulder and knee injuries from playing various sports. She uses this and it allows her to continue playing. I was skeptical at first at the thought of a piece of tape alleviating pain and providing support but I guess it really does work. 2 thumbs up!

Highly recommend this product. Works just as well as tape used by rehab center. I compared prices. To me this is the best value. I have tape applied to front & back of leg, so the 16.4 feet rolls of tape don't last long. This is perfect for my needs. Also once applied it last at least 3 days.
