4.0 out of 5 stars Suitable Protection for Skin, June 17, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Kinesys Kid's SPF 30 Oil-Free Sunscreen Spray (Health and Beauty)
I purchased this sunscreen after reading reviews on the Environmental Work Groups sunscreen guide. I was looking for something that wasn't laden with cancer causing agents, but I really prefer a spray than a rub on kind of sunscreen. Though this wasn't at the very top of EWG's list, it rated fairly well, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I'm extremely pale skinned and freckled all over, so I burn pretty easily, even when only spending a few minutes in direct light. I wore this for the first time about a week ago while riding my bicycle for a couple of hours, and managed to make it home without burns (save for the spot on my back/neck that I missed -oops!). I think it does the job well and I like that there isn't an obnoxious scent attached to it. The fragrance free is wonderful!

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, merely because I think it's a bit pricey for the size, but then again, I'm not sure one can put a price tag on the avoidance of skin cancer and burns. I think it's worth giving a try.

5.0 out of 5 stars So glad to find this on Amazon, August 13, 2009
This review is from: Kinesys Kid's SPF 30 Oil-Free Sunscreen Spray (Health and Beauty)
I have been using KinEsys for years, and it's hands-down the best sunscreen out there. It feels almost like a liquid powder spraying on, then dries to feel like you're wearing nothing at all - really! I love the mango scent, though I've switched to unscented recently so I can use the same stuff on my toddler. I do wish it came in a higher SPF. Since 30 is the highest, it's just my everyday sunscreen. Of course, a sunscreen that's comfortable and convenient enough that I'm happy to use it every day is a valuable thing in itself.
