This small wheel adapter works well on smaller wheels. I used it for my rowbike but I'm sure it works equally well for BMX, recumbents and other non-standard size bikes.While it may be confusing at first how to mount it, you'll eventually make sense of it. Just keep the Kinetic stickers on the adapter facing the same way as the trainer and you're golden. 2115|R3SA377GXOVBM4;
