I've used all the different GF flour I could find. Most others will do fine for a masked taste like banana bread or pizza crust but this is the only one I would trust for anything where flour is a prominent flavor, such as sugar cookies, white bread and cake.
I would love to see this purchasable in bulk, so as not to be $5 a pound. I'll be buying other bulk GF flours (as low as $2.40 a pound) until that price goes down. This makes me sad.

I agree with the first review on here. I have tried several gluten free flour mixtures, and this is the best that I have tried. It does not leave a gritty taste in the foods. It makes good pizza crust, cookies, etc. It is nice to eat baked goods with a more "normal" consistency again and no funky aftertaste as I have had with some other GF flour mixes. I highly recommend this!

I have tried them all, and also the Gluten free Bisquick and this is by far the best all around flour. Whether using for cornbread, pancakes, thickening gravy, or in cakes and pie crusts this flour has a "regular" flour consistency and does not add any odd taste to your foods.

Yay, baking is edible again!
