This review is from: King Max (Planet Reader) (Paperback)
Max is a decent, everyday-average hedgehog whose life is changed forever in one day after being captured by two scientists. He is fitted with a tracking device that will help the scientists monitor hedgehog behavior, but strangely resembles a crown. After returning to his home, Max is worshiped as the king of all hedgehogs, known as King Max. After awhile King Max decides he needs a Queen. When an albino hedgehog comes into the picture King Max falls madly in love and sets forth to make her his queen. The albino hedgehog does not seem to buy into King Max's "big headed" ways. In the name of love King Max shocks the readers with an ending that is nothing short of spectacular.
