a great introduction to a great leader,

This is a wonderful collection of essays on a fascinating historical topic. This volume is a good introduction of King Sejong the Great and his numerous and exemplary accomplishments for people generally unknowledgable about the topics. Most westerners (or at least Americains) are so, unfortunately. This book just skims the surface of a wide range of topics concerning his accomplishments, times, and legacy. It left me eager to learn more about each topic, especially Han'gul, the Korean script.
