Ordering was great, product was great, delivery due date was terrible.
I had no idea that some books are delivered quickly; however, some books are sent differently and in the case of this book--expected delivery date was between 10 and 21 working days. This is not acceptable and I will be sure that that does not happen again. When I wrote to the publisher about this I was sent a standard reply that did not address my concern about the long wait. I then cancelled the order--but it was then sent quickly and delivered in time for the Birthday gift that it was. I could have gone to a store if I knew that I might need to wait --Working Days to get it. Please make it clear that some books--sent by the publisher may require a longer delivery time. |
