I bought this arm band because I just purchased an Ipod 3Gs. I was planning on using this at the gym but it is completely useless because the arm band does not stretch at all. So if you curl your arm (bicep workout, chest workout, back workout, tricep workout....pretty much every workout including running when you would bend your arm as well) this armband will either cut off the circulation to your arm or it will come loose. A solution to this could be loosening up the band to leave room for the expansion, but then the band will keep moving around on your arm which is even worse. Horrible armband. Best bet is to buy one that has a stretching band.
