I was wondering if the Kingdom Keeper books are suitable for adult readers. I'm a Disney fan and these look good, but the descriptions say they're for ages 9 to 12. I'm 51. :) Have any of you mature readers read and enjoyed these books?

Absolutely! I am 63 and I love this series! If you are a fan of Disney World, then you will enjoy them! I read quite a bit of YA books because I teach Language Arts/Reading to middle school students. I know what my students read and what genre they like. By reading YA books I am able to suggest books to my students they may like. Also it helps to bridge that gap between adult/young adult and teacher/student.

After you finish a book, pass it on to a niece, nephew, grandchild or neighbor and you can have a great time discussing the book with them. If you don't have a young adult to pass it on, then donate it to a hospital for the children or to a teacher for them to place in their room library!

I hope you choose to read the book series and enjoy it! Let your "inner child" relive the excitement of the sights and rides at Disney World.
