5.0 out of 5 stars Kingdom Rising, March 13, 2009
This review is from: Kingdom Rising: Making the Kingdom Real in Your Life (Paperback)
In his book "Kingdom Rising" Todd Bently challenges believers to realize as Jesus taught that "the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Personal testimony, biblical teaching and straight forward encouragement from the author should give believers a better understanding of how the Lord wants to bring heaven to earth in each of us.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kingdom Realiness - A confidence builder for life, October 25, 2008
This review is from: Kingdom Rising: Making the Kingdom Real in Your Life (Paperback)
This is an excellent book at a time when faith-building and decision-making are so, so important. Yes this writer has a deep, deep passion to guide and help build others through an intimate relationship with Jesus. This book...a book to study.. has all the attributes for the learner to learn. I love his six hindrances to authority, and at the end of the chapters his helps on personal prayer, key Kingdom principles and reinforcements, and his Kingdom strategies are all very helpful to all learners.

5.0 out of 5 stars Recognizing the Reality of the Kingdom for Today's Christian, October 17, 2008
This review is from: Kingdom Rising: Making the Kingdom Real in Your Life (Paperback)
"Kingdom Rising" is written with the prayer that is will give the reader a new understanding and experience in knowing the reality of Kingdom living. It is Bentley's desire that foundations will be laid that will inspire the reader to move forward into the dynamics of supernatural living and the overcoming triumphant spectacular life in Christ we were created to live.

Todd shares stories of his early struggles as a new Christian, wrestling with God as he sought for God's anointing and the power of the Holy Spirit for ministry. He describes in detail his hunger to know more of Jesus and of the burning in his heart for a ministry of God's presence.

The personal prayer and the key principles included in chapter one clearly establish the reality of the kingdom for today's Christian and set the tone for the remainder of the book.

I especially enjoyed the sections titled: Kingdom Helps, Confidence Builders for Power Evangelism, and the Commission to Power Evangelism.

Bentley's strategy for Kingdom Invasion promises to lead to an adventure in supernatural transformation. I was personally challenged to take radical risks as I step forward to fulfill God's destiny for my life.

"Kingdom Rising" is a wake up call for the Christian to recognize the spiritual battle we are in today. It is a call to rise above our spiritual apathy and complacency to take up the weapons of spiritual battle and to claim our spiritual inheritance.

Todd's writing is convincing, convicting and life changing.
