This is actually a really good CD! I didn't know how to take it initially because it isn't the "Isreal and New Breed" live sound that fans may be used to (you know - congretation in the background praising, live instruments, etc.). Nonetheless, the songs have their own twist to them and DEFINITELY go to worship God. I particularly love "Jesus Is", "Revelation Song", and "Ancient of Days".

Please, don't sleep on this album, because it will definitely usher in the Holy Spirit as you listen and meditate on it.

"Do not sleep on this album." This album is pure praise and worship. You can hear their hearts as they sing to God all through this album. This will be added to my collection. The songs I personally like are: Thank You Lord, Jesus Is, Everything, Revelation Song, Still, All The Earth and Let The Church Rise. Again, don't miss out!

I love New Breed, I saw part of New Breed in concert with Israel about a year ago, and they sound awesome in person as well. There are wonderful worship songs and the voices are so beautiful. There are a few remakes that sound great as well. One of my favorite songs is Jesus Is!

Here we have the second instalment of the New Breed, Kingdom being the follow-up to Freedom, and is basically a more urban reworking of classic praise and worship songs. Should I be a little cynical, it's Integrity wringing more life out of its back catalogue with one of its popular bands. But if after 4000 years and many revamps, King David's lyrics are still sung the world over, why not Integrity's? The Word will never pass away and a song of redemption will never cease to touch lives, somewhere at some time.

For me the songs of note are `You Are Good', `Sing For Joy', `Everything' and `All The Earth'. But it's as expected; quality, dependable praise and worship from a premier praise and worship outfit.

To release two similar-appearing albums is a rather clever sales strategy, as owning one without the other is like separating twins at birth. Though having dipped into it I do prefer this as Kingdom appears to have forged more distance between the Israel Houghton vibe than Freedom managed to do. But it's still the contemporary Christian sound; so I am not sure of the tag `with an urban influence' as it still sounds very church-friendly to me. But then again Kingdom was never going to sound urban enough to lose its dedicated fans, most of which will have gleaned the shelves off this album (and the other one) long before they have read this.
