Unfortunately, this will be the ONLY release from King's Crown, at least with the line up on this one. I am NOT a Christian, at least not as defined by other Christians, especially the more conservative ones. This album rocks from start to finish! "I know a Man" really highlights the vocal talents of Ed Sparrow. He auditioned for this band by singing "I Know a Man" acapella and was hired on the spot. Ed has since left King's Crown and is currently involved with a new project, but not Christian rock. "There's a Place" is a very moving song, and that one is a bit more like your standard Christian rock song (but it is still excellent!) "C/O a Raging Fool" is a blistering response to 911 yet the words are obvious: Love and forgiveness will win the day. I have to agree with the review by KAA, but this album just won't fit into the narrow corridor that most other Christian rock has wandered into. This album is worth every penny that it costs! The band hails from Richmond, Virginia. And not a single bit of southern rock flavor at all. Instead, you'll hear elements from Iron Maiden, Joe Satriani, Tony MacAlpine, Megadeth and Metallica, and even Van Halen. Go ahead and buy this album, people! If you are a Christian, it will uplift your soul. If you're not a Christian, get it anyway: It will uplift your head! (and keep your foot stomping!)
