A Clear Outline of the Treasures of the Anglo-Catholic Faith,

This review is from: The King's Highway (Classics of Anglo-Catholic Devotion) (Paperback)
This book deserves to be read alongside Vernon Staley's Oxford Movement classic "The Catholic Religion". First published in 1924, a slow and careful reading of this volume results in a thorough understanding of the faith delivered to the saints. The chapters on prayer alone are worth the price of the book. Despite the increasing number of excellent books on prayer available today, you will find advice and insight in this volume which are difficult to find anywhere else. Highly recommended.
