This faucet is equal to many of the faucets at twice the price. The finish is great and it uses ceramic seats. It has a universal installation design. My only complaint is that the installation nuts at the water connections were not included.

Nice fixture for and affordable price, yet I had to engineer the mounting bracket. This faucet does not come with anything to mount it to the wall or tub. Good luck!

I purchased this to replace a similar off-brand that developed a crack that leaked and could not be repaired. I am very pleased with the appearance and craftsmanship of this faucet. Handles act smoothly and positively, and the valve that actuates the hand shower works just as well, totally diverting all water to the hand unit. Pleased with purchase and price.

The product appears great value for money and looks stylish. The issue is the lack of fittings and instructions on how to fit the unit. It can be fitted to a wall or directly onto a clawfoot bath (as I did). Additional parts had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer rather than Amazon to facilitate fitting and I still had to purchase a couple of large washers and spacers. The shower hose, although watertight was damaged and in true Amazon fashion they sent a complete package replacement. I returned it after having swapped out the hose. I am very happy with the product now it is installed, but feel the frustration of fitting should have been avoided by the inclusion of all potential fittings or a selection on purchase of the fitting option required.

I reviewed this product a year ago when we first received it and I was happy with the look and construction, however over the last several months it has slowly proved to be disappointing. First, the finish has started to flake terribly. Mostly on the hose, to the point that it's now a silver color instead of the oil brushed bronze. Then today the little tabs that say "HOT" and "COLD", well one fell off. It was just glued on!!! And to make matter worse, when it fell it landed in the drain and I can't get it out to re-glue it. So now I have an ugly faucet on my pretty, vintage tub!!! I'm just sick about it :(

Beautiful fixture. However, this doesn't come with proper mounting hardware to mount to a clawfoot tub with 3 3/8 centers. I called Kingston Brass, and they said the parts needed are: shorter elbows, part KSEL213C and the Mounting Hardware part ABT130-4. We haven't mounted this to the tub yet, but Kingston Brass said this will do the trick! Will update review after we mount to tub. I just wanted to list them here to help others that may be faced with the same issue.

Was a little confused by description "Tub-Wall Mount " but found out from plumber this NOT a tub mount. It is a wall mount. There may be a way to tub mount it but it would require a work around, My plumber said to return it and get a tub mount one (Inlets are 3/4 IPS and are on 3 3/8 center to center). Which I easily installed by myself.

At first I did not think think the new faucet would fit. Take another look, followed the directions and now it works beautifully. Spray is good' flow is nice, and it looks beautiful.

It's a massive piece of equipment and works well. It fits the bill for an old-fashioned claw-foot tub to be used by a handicapped person or an elderly person. But it does stick out into the tub area a long way due to the space taken up by the adjustable design of the unit to fit various on-center measurements between the mounting holes. I do worry about the injury possibility if a user falls in the tub and hits the faucet sticking out so far. I added a wall mounting holder for the hand-held unit and a ring for shower curtains for use by persons who want a stand-up shower. There is a cabinet in my bathroom that slightly hangs over the tub, making a non-flexible standup shower unfeasible.
