I just installed these in my brand new MacBook and it worked flawlessly. Check what OS you're running to be sure you can handle 4GB. The new versions can, not sure about the older versions. If you're afraid of doing the install yourself, don't be. If you can operate a screwdriver, you can do it. Just remove battery, open memory compartment with phillips screwdriver, then pull 2 levers to pull the RAM out, then pop these in! Your MacBook will automatically recognize them and that's it!

I bought this for my White MacBook 2.0, it works like a charm. Can run up to 3 OSs with Parallels amazingly good.

This item is perfectly compatible with my 17" MacBook Pro, 2.4Ghz laptop.

It only took 5 minutes to install, however, just make sure you have a set of precision screw drivers to access the memory compartment. The system is working FLAWLESSLY.

There is no need to pay Apple $600, when you can buy this Kingston kit, which does the exact same thing, saving you five-hundred dollars in the process =o)

I knew I wanted more than the 1G memory that came with my Macbook but was nervous about installing it. The instructions that came with the memory were sketchy but I found illustrated instructions on the internet. It was very simple to install and works like a charm.

I highly recommend this as an upgrade for your Mac. I'm new to the world of Macs in general, but wasn't about to pay $750 for the 4 GB upgrade from Apple. This allowed me to achieve my goal at only a fraction of the cost. I can see why people like Macs so much, but Apple shouldn't gouge their users so much. At least we have cheaper options thanks to third party vendors.

Like other Kingston purchases, this memory has been flawless. Really allows the Mac Book Pro to come alive!

This memory popped right in and my 2.4Ghz iMac started it's new life the day it arrived. Installation was a breeze and my memory was effectively quadrupled for a price that should embarrass the good folks at Apple. It has been smooth and problem-free ever since. Why buy pre-installed memory for $200 when you can go the Kingston route?

I bought this two-pack of RAM to put in my wife's Macbook. I ran a benchmarking program (X Bench) before and after I installed the RAM, and the read and write speeds for this RAM was faster than the stock RAM. Not much else to say! Great product.

This is an amazing price for 4GB of ram considering Apple wants 700$ for the same thing. I recieved it today and Will install it in my Macbook Pro 2.2 Ghz model. I will update this review when I install it. This review is just commenting on the amazing price!

Ram installed and works like a dream in my MAcbook Pro, If you need an upgrade get Kingstone RAM you wont be sorry!
