Great Product From a Great Company

-I only have two sticks of them

I have been using Kingston products for many years now, and so far they have never disappointed me. The same can be said about their HyperX FURY RAM. The thing I love most about these memory sticks is the fact that they run at 1600MHz right out of the box. There is no need for going into the BIOS and changing the clock settings (my old "1600MHz" RAM ran at 1333MHz by default). Also, these sticks are absolutely gorgeous. With four different color choices, there is not a single build that wouldn't look great with these installed.

So far, the RAM has handled everything I can throw at it. Being an avid gamer and multitasker, I have yet to experience any lagging or stalling when playing games or switching between programs.

Kingston's HyperX FURY is an amazing set of RAM that will go great with any computer. Now I have to buy two more sticks to fill those empty slots...

High-Quality RAM

I received this RAM a little poorly packaged *thrown in the box with two other things I ordered* but it worked absolutely fine. Speeds are exactly at 1600MHz and it stays cool no matter what. Excellent product from Kingston.

Beauty meets Performance

I recently acquired the new Kingston HyperX line of memory, the HyperX FURY and it does not disappoint. Like previous HyperX memory that I have owned, Kingston combines a sleek and fresh design with the performance that I would expect. I went with HX316C10FWK2/8 which comes with white heat sincs. It seems Kingston is offering 4 different colors but that doesn’t change the memory timings so it’s just more of a cosmetic appeal to those that like to color coordinate. This is not their common color scheme and I thought it would add a fresh look to my system. Of course when it comes to heat displacement, the heat sinc design on this new memory line is quite effective.
Unlike previous Kingston HyperX memory that defaults to a slower speed and then the advertised speed is considered to be overclocking, this memory performs as intended right out of the box. The basic specs on this are 1600MHz with timings of 10-10-10 and voltage at 1.5. As long as your mobo and cpu can support this you are good to go or the system may reduce the speed for better support. I ran CPUID just to make sure I was getting the right speed. Overall this memory performs well with no system crashes. It’s a little bit pricier than the standard memory but I assume you are paying for quality memory using premium components. And if you are willing to spend a couple extra bucks, you will be satisfied.

I recommend this memory to anyone planning on upgrading or building a new system. Great for gaming enthusiasts.

First-time buyer from Kingston

Clearance has been one of my main concerns in purchasing RAM. On my current computer build, I have a Cooler Master TPC812 CPU cooler with a fan that goes above 2 of the RAM slots. These are just the perfect height and have no clearance issues with them.

I really like the color options they come in to match whatever theme you are going for. Definitely, I would recommend this product. It looks great, works great*, and good price for the performance.

Ordered four of these bad boys to upgrade my system and I am glad they run at 1600MHz out of the box.

*However, 1 of the 4 came DOA. A little disappointed, but like with anything else in the world, sometimes it happens. Just waiting on a replacement and will update upon receiving.

***Update***
05/29/14 - Recieved replacement, speedy exchange and all is well. 16GB in the computer working well. Huzzah!

For gamers or other RAM demanding multitasking users

Kingston HyperX FURY 4GB is 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM RAM with three big advantages - it's compatible both with Intel and AMD, and it was really plug 'n play experience, without any problems and most importantly, memory automatically recognizes platform on which it was installed and automatically overclocks to the highest frequency possible.

In short, when I unboxed and plugged both of these RAMs in the board, instantly without any modification in BIOS they started operating at 1600MHz. Also, though it's not the feature that means a lot, you cannot fail to notice that this is very cool looking piece in any of the 4 colors offered.

Therefore, for all above mentioned reasons I can recommend this Kingston memory for gamers or other RAM demanding multitasking users, from my experience no problems encountered so far, memory working extremely quickly and reliably.
