For me, the hallmark of good memory is its invisibility. It's lack of calling attention to itself by forcing my laptop to spontaneously reboot for no reason. This memory, this silent sentinel of the bits and bytes, has achieved the pinnacle of its purpose. It just works. A finer compliment I cannot give....

Worked just fine - as expected.

There are really not that many possibilities if you are ordering the correct memory.

I had a malfunctioning 1 GB DIMM in a T61 ThinkPad that I replaced with this 2 GB DIMM, bringing total RAM up to 4 GB.

I only wish Kingston was still making the older 4 GB DIMM, that would have allowed a total of 8 GB in this now dated T61...

I bought this with the 1G memory also, because my T60 I guess will only recognise a max of 3G.

Works as expected, I had no problems with this upgrade. I tried it out with my son's game (BF2) which needs good RAM memory to work well. The game worked realy good with this memory installed.

The life time warrenty is great added benifit with this memory.
