The adapters work fine with the card, and the card works great! They came in two holders (one holder with the card and one adapter and the other holder with the 2nd adapter) not the holder that holds all three, as pictured, but everything came, everything works.

Kingston 4GB Micro -SD card with adapters
This is a fantastic product. I bought it for a new cell phone and love the additional adapters as I can download the files to a computer, printer or photo frame with ease.
