Why did I wait so long!? My tech support guy told me I was at the limit of what he could do and that my slowness was not because of spyware or virus's but I wasn't sure. I held off thinking I needed a new computer. This expansion resurrected my laptop and now I'm back in buisness! It was shipped and delivered fast and was easy to install. Would do it again in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone else with similar issues give it a try. It's too inexpensive not to.
